You can send a gift to any U.S. resident – even if they haven’t created a Birdie account yet.
Any time you send a gift to an email address or phone number that isn't associated with an active Birdie account, we consider it a gift to a new user. This is usually because the recipient hasn’t created a Birdie account yet. If the recipient wants to accept the money, please have them follow the instructions to sign up or add the additional email address to their Birdie account.
